I thought about it but I am already so late in the cycle. I basically only applied to schools that gave me fee waivers. If I don't get in this cycle, I'll have to retake my LSAT.
how did you get fee waivers from those schools?
I don't know. My numbers are real low... My resume shows very strong softs though. Interned for a Fortune 25 (at corporate). Currently work in lower mgmt for a Fortune 50 (at corporate). To be honest, I received fee waivers for practically half of T2 (50-100). I received them all through CAS/LSAC, I didn't even request a waiver from any school. I thought it was common for schools to give out fee waivers to many applicants to lower their yield.
I sent my applications out I'm November. I took the Dec LSAT so half of my apps went complete and the other half were placed on hold. Good luck on your cycle! Hoping to see that it's not all a numbers game!
There are a few schools with free applications you might want to consider. Drexel, Washington and Lee, Loyola Chicago, Chicago-Kent just to name a few. Fee waivers are definitely good though!
Waitlisted at WUSTL today..... Really hoping to start my law career there
Hey - have you thought about casting a wider net?
