Loyola Chicago- received rejection letter via email. Not exactly a good way to start off the New Year, but I'm still hopeful.

Whittier Law School- accepted via status checker. There is still hope, folks. --Received scholarship info the day after acceptance.

Still waiting on the rest of the schools I applied to.

Meanwhile, below are the current statuses for each school:
> Santa Clara: In committee since 12/20/12
> Loyola Marymount: Complete
> Southwestern: Complete & In Reivew 1/11/13
> Seattle: Decision Pending since 12/16/12
> Chicago-Kent: Complete & In Review 1/14/13

I just sent in apps for DePaul and UIUC. I have hopes for these schools despite my numbers.

1/25 Accepted at Chicago-Kent! This is amazing! I really cannot believe it. And, what's even more amazing--they gave me a $10,000 merit based scholarship. I don't think there are stips for it either.

Still haven't heard from Santa Clara? I wonder what's taking them so long. I applied in February, so God knows when I'll hear.
