Congrats on UC Hastings!!! T-50 is yours. I will probably attend UC Hastings, relative to my other offers, because it is well ranked and this gives me the best shot to make the $$$.

Thank you! I will most likely go there as well. Very excited about that acceptance. I already live in the Bay Area too - so no need to relocate. T-50, woo!!

Wow, quick turnaround off the wait list. Congratulations, that is fantastic :)

Congrats on Davis! Just to clarify, are you sure you were put on a "waitlist" instead of being deferred to regular decision? Based on your wording it seems more like the latter.

Pheonixright - You are correct. I was simply deferred to the regular pool and then accepted. I thought there was a third email regarding a waitlist but I double-checked and there isnt. Thanks for clarifying - and my apologies!

Are you still planning on UC Hastings?

Thursday, November 29 2018 at 09:26 PM

Yes, I am still planning on Hastings. I visit both schools in the next two weeks - intuition will be my deciding factor.

Honestly, UC Davis is the better school, a far higher rank. Your long term career options would be better from Davis, but that is just my thoughts. It might be worth the higher sticker

Ah! This decision is so hard. I am still weighing my options but with the rankings that were just released..you may have a strong point CreativeThinker.
