clubs, leadership positions, PT work in college, a few languages, and some unique softs. Besides being a splitter, I also applied relatively late and wrote addendums, which may or may not make me a more unpredictable applicant than most.

Additional info & updates

After spending some time browsing this website, I finally joined. My numbers are close but not exact. I'm also wait-listed at a large number of schools, but will post after a (final) decision is made.

Loyola- first acceptance. I'm really excited that I'm going to law school next year! I visited the school, and though I'm not a big fan of modern architecture, it would be pretty awesome to be in Los Angeles for law school. The profs were incredible, and if they are any indication of the general caliber of teaching, I'd love to attend. Scholarship doesn't hurt, either. I'm really thinking about this school.

Tulane--2nd acceptance. Tote bag is awesome! I'd love to have been given more money, but some is better than none. I visited ASD and was both impressed with the presentation and LOVED New Orleans. I'm leaning toward Tulane, but hesitant about taking on 100k debt.

UGeorgia--denial. Really? I thought my chances were pretty decent. Not sure what I did wrong.

Berkeley-denial. I was expecting this. Still, it hurts. It was originally my first choice.

BC--denial. Another auto-reject. This stinks.

UVirginia-Wait-list, then rejection. Well, at least I was wait-listed. It was more than I expected. I would have loved to go here.

Northeastern-acceptance. The new building is awesome, as well as their career development office and the students. The co-op program is interesting, and their personal calls are also a nice touch.

American-wait-listed. Looked at the terms of the wait-list and decided to withdraw.

UCLA-denial. Argh. Another top choice off my list.

Chapman--Acceptance. Chapman is undeniably gorgeous, but I think I'd prefer Loyola over Chapman. Decided to withdraw.

L&C-Received no scholarship and all things considered, sent in my withdrawal.

UWisconsin-acceptance. Waiting to hear about fin aid and thinking about visiting.

Vermont--beautiful school. Students were the friendliest I've seen at any school. Their admissions office is amazing. Unfortunately, I was a little hesitant about the rural nature and withdrew.

I'm still undecided on schools. There are strengths that I like about each of them. Although I sent out a lot of applications, I put significant thought into why I chose to apply to them over another school. That just means that when I get accepted, I'm thrilled and a little more confused about where I'm going next fall. I welcome anyone else's two cents.

Wisconsin was OK. Definitely a great school if you want to stay in the Midwest...Ultimately, I picked Tulane, because Wisconsin didn't offer me any money and they told me it would be nearly impossible to get in-state tuition. If you like cold weather and Big-10 football, though, then it's definitely the school for you.

Hi, congrats on all your acceptances. I'm WLd at UC Davis and am asking that if you don't plan on attending, to please withdraw. Hopefully, this will improve my chances at going to my top choice school this Fall. Thanks!!
