Additional info & updates

I guess I was pretty much a pure numbers-admit, for a few reasons. I'm graduating in three years, so that combined with a semester and a half abroad during my second year meant that I had only been here for a little over two semesters when I was doing my apps. As a result my letters of recommendations were probably pretty unimpressive. Ditto for my list of extracurricular activities (see the blank space to the left). Also, I did my study abroad at a crazy third world university that couldn't manage to get a transcript mailed to me until after I had sent my apps out, leaving a mysterious hole in my transcripts for that semester. That probably didn't help.

That having been said, I'm really pleased to be heading to UVA this fall (with money, no less!). Perhaps I can serve as some inspiration to future boring middle class white dudes who spent their undergrad having fun and hanging out instead of tutoring mentally-challenged dolphins and curing cancer all day. Yes, even you, Regular Slacker Guy, can get a top-ten legal education! Godspeed!
