Additional info & updates

I will list schools in alphabetical order and list the methods in which they administer acceptances/denials and scholarship information. Scholarship amounts are by year.

Concordia University:
-- 10/21/2019 -- The school isn't listed on this site, but I applied.
-- 11/19/2019 -- Accepted via phone call! Will receive a packet in the mail later on.

Mississippi College:
-- 11/10/2019 -- Applied
-- 11/11/2019 -- Complete
-- 11/20/2019 -- Accepted via status checker!
-- 11/23/2019 -- Got a packet in the mail, no scholly info yet.
-- 11/25/2019 -- Got a scholarship letter in the mail.

Penn State (Dickinson):
-- 10/30/2019 -- Applied & complete
-- 11/07/2019 -- Admitted with a nice scholarship by email. Some people might not be happy with the offer. As bad as my transcript is, I couldn't be more ecstatic.
-- 11/19/2019 -- Packet came in the mail with official offer and scholly info. It also came with socks that are way too small for a men's size 13 shoe, so my grandma has some Penn State socks now.

Thomas M Cooley Law School
-- 10/29/2019 -- Applied & complete
-- 11/25/2019 -- "Decision made" according to status checker.
-- 11/26/2019 -- Accepted via email.

University of Florida
-- 10/29/2019 -- Applied & complete
-- 11/14/2019 -- Accepted via email with president's scholarship! I'm honestly shocked at this offer! It goes to show that a pretty high LSAT can open up doors for you. Official packet will come later on.
-- 11/18/2019 -- Got a phone call from someone on the admissions council. Very personal. They are going to work with me with my one semester of GI Bill I have remaining. Very impressed with the attention to detail.
-- 11/23/2019 -- Packet came in the mail with official offer letter!

University of Maine:
-- 10/23/2019 -- Applied
-- 10/28/2019 -- Complete
-- 11/05/2019 -- My first acceptance! I received a call from the associate dean informing me of their decision. According to her, a packet will be coming in the mail later in the week as well as an email.
-- 11/09/2019 -- I received a packet in the mail with scholarship info and other info about the school and the area. Veterans receive in-state tuition, so the scholarship covers a modest amount.

University of New Hampshire
-- 10/24/2019 -- Applied & complete
-- 11/15/2019 -- Admitted via status checker! (Which I refresh semi-neurotically) Got a call later in the day from the dean with a scholarship offer. Call was very personalized. Packet will come later
-- 11/19/2019 -- Packet came in the mail with official offer and scholly info.

I just wanted to check and see if your scholarships were per year?

I would use PSU's offer to negotiate with anyone. With a 166 you could easily get a full ride somewhere. I would recommend seeing how this cycle goes, but save that 166, apply in September 2020, and get a full ride at pretty much any school with a 75th percentile LSAT is below 162.
