ADDITIONAL INFO & UPDATES

1/26/12
Columbia acceptance letter in the mail :))

1/12/12
Finally got the "Complete" email from HLS.
Just received a call from NYU - I'm in!!!

1/9/2012
I'm presumably "under review" at Harvard, but I haven't actually received an email notifying me of the application's completion yet.

Duke acceptance with Priority Track came as a susprise right after Christmas (12/27/2012), although I never got the chance to send a "Why Duke?" essay.

I submitted my apps a little late in the process, but I hope that won't result in unwarranted rejections. :) I only applied to schools I truly want to attend, so I would be happy with any acceptances (but I would be a whole lot more ecstatic if they come with financial aid and/or scholarships!).

To my knowledge I didn't qualify for need based aid. Everything but Northwestern was merit based for sure. Northwestern was kind of a special circumstance that kind of just happened. Good luck on the LSAT and with your applications!

Fair enough, Yale is too random to predict anyway... I don't have a GPA (my college did not give us a GPA), so it is kind of a crapshoot no matter where I apply to... When are you planning to apply to Yale btw?
