ADDITIONAL INFO & UPDATES

5/23/12 - Withdrew from Utah last week. I'm excited to get out to KU.

3/22/12 - I will be attending KU unless something happens at Utah. I'm very excited to be a Jayhawk!

3/19/12 - The craziest thing just happened... last night I e-mailed KU expressing my sincere interest in attending, and this morning I went from complete to admitted. ROCK CHALK, JAYHAWK!

3/18/12 - Still waiting on KU. In fact, I'm not even under review yet. I really like what I've seen of their program, and would most likely attend at this point if offered a seat with even a small amount of money. It's not out of the realm of possibility based on people with similar numbers on LSN....

1/23/12 - Threw in a late app to Kansas. If accepted, it would be another excellent option I would seriously consider attending. I've felt I should submit an app at KU for quite a while, and I hope my late submission isn't a kiss of death on my app.

1/19/12 - Withdrew from everywhere but Nebraska and Texas Tech after wholesale failure at scholarship negotiation everywhere. Just waiting on Utah now. Not expecting an acceptance, though it would throw a huge wrench into everything. I'm really excited ab out my two remaining options though.

1/14/12 - just got back from a long week of visits. Visited Nebraska, Creighton, and Texas Tech. I liked all 3 quite a bit.

12/22/11 - In via phone call at Idaho. Also, I received a voicemail from SIU. Not sure about scholarships at either place yet. Not holding my breath on a scholarship from Idaho, though. Hopefully by mid-january I'll know my status at Texas Tech and can make my decision from there. We all know I'm not getting accepted at Utah:) The cycle has turned out better than I could have hoped thus far.

(P.S., I also received my acceptance packet from NIU. No scholarship info was included. Are they one that gives out scholarships later in the cycle?)

12/21/11 - In at SIU via status checker.

12/18/11 - Hoping for a Texas Tech decision before or soon after the holiday season.

12/14/11- Under review at Texas Tech. Being sincere, an offer from Tech is probably the only thing that could tempt me away from UNL. Maybe some money at Idaho could too.

12/12/11 - accepted at Nebraska via phone call!

12/12/11 - accepted via status checker and phone call at NIU. I really like the assistantships which basically make 2L and 3L free. It could definitely be a contender if a decent scholarship comes too.

12/3/11 - received acceptance packet and scholarship info @Creighton. $16,000! That'll probably be a contender!

11/28/11 - accepted at Creighton via status checker!
