I am bad at updating this.

*scholarships are per year.

Hofstra acceptance - big envelope
Temple acceptance - big envelope
Chapman acceptance - big envelope
USD - big envelope
Hastings - small thick envelope

3/3 - rejected from Boalt via online status checker - letter in mail to follow. As expected. my first rejection : (

applying to flordia coastal school - they sent me an email offering scholarship and admission.

3/16 - received a letter from cornell with fee waiver. It was originally on my list of schools but in the end I thought it was a reach. Now I am thinking of applying. I need to stop adding schools though. So I am going to stick with what I have besides cornell is too expensive.

- received rejection letter from NYU - small envelope (3/10)

3/22-23 - got an email from Flordia coastal saying congrats on admission and scholarship, specifics to follow by mail
- got a letter from Columbia (small envelope) saying I was placed in the reserve admissions group. Very very similar to wait-list if you ask me so thats what I put under the status. They don't evaluate reserve candidates again until May. I don't think I can wait that long. But its nice to know not a instant reject. Take that NYU.

3/30 - acceptance from Chapman in mail

4/6 - USD application status changed to decision rendered - letter sent out today. still waiting on hastingsss.

4/8 - in at USD. Read up on it and I think its too expensive. I am debt- phobic and only have a certain amount saved. also found out that hastings hopes to have their decisions by early may so ill have to put my deposit down somewhere else meanwhile. I guess ill ride the Columbia waitlist since ill have to wait till may. Its time for some intensive prayer.

4/21 - went to USD this weekend and loved it. seriously thinking about attending.

received a waitlist from hawaii while i was gone. yeahh...

4/22 - IN AT HASTINGS (LEOP) i can't even believe it.

Cycle is basically done. Put down my deposit. I will fill in all my info later.

You are so in at Hastings! I spoke to an adcomm, and they are still going through LEOP kids, so we have hope! You might get Fordham too.. Just look at that Columbia WL- Congrats!

  • Need housing?

Hi, are you looking for housing in the Tower? I was accepted at UC Hastings and was planning on attending, but there has been a change of plans. I currently have a lease for the upcoming year for the Tower. It is a STUDIO on the 7th floor. I picked this room because it was a corner room - which means that it is a little bit bigger and has 4 windows - which means more light. It is $1050 per month and that includes everything. Please let me know if you are interested ASAP. I even booked a time for the elevator so that you can move in more conveniently and not have to wait for the elevator upon moving in. Thanks :)
