-3 year interruption in undergrad education during which I worked as a musician, production assistant and newspaper advertising Account Executive in Los Angeles. Not sure if the work experience will help me more then the interruption hurts me.(?)

12/11/06-NW interview went well, but I can't believe how short it was (only 30min!). It kinda sucks driving 4.5 hours for 30 min of face time. The intervew format was so casual (my interviewer just looked over my resume and seemed to make up questions as she went) that I can't help but think they just want to get a look at you and hear you speak. When you get there they have you fill out the top half of an interview sheet with your info while the bottom half is folded under. I looked at the bottom half (the interviewers half) and it only had one question: "How would you rate this interview?," with three check-boxes next to three options: Good, Fair, and Poor. Then it had a few lines for interviewer's comments. So any of you out there with NW interviews comming up, don't sweat it. Just relax and be prepared to talk about your resume/extracirriculars etc. It's painless.

Well, I am from Indiana and the only reason I would move away from here is if I do get into a T14 school, hence my huge number of reaches! I kind of applied to Emory on a whim, I know some people in ATL and I was like oh well what the heck, they sent me a fee waiver.....I probably wouldn't go there though. Good luck to you this cycle! I wish I had your lsat score! :)
