12/6: In at Iowa. I'm going to law school! (email, small envelope, then big envelolope all saying about the same thing)

12/15: In at UNM via snail mail. (small white envelope)

12/24: In at Colorado con dinero via snail mail. (acceptance in big white envelope, money in small white envelope, arriving on the same day)

12/28: In at U of A with $ via snail mail. (acceptance & $ in same small white envelope with 17 postage due)

1/7: In at BC via snail mail! (big white envelope)

1/10: Deferral at Michigan (I think - "continuing to review your application file in the context of the greater applicant pool" sounds deferral-ish to me). (email)

1/22: Waitlisted at Vandy. At least it's not an outright rejection. (small white envelope)

1/28: Deferred to second review at UIUC. (email)

2/9: Rejected from Yale. First rejection! (small beige envelope)

2/13: Deferred to fac-comm at Berkeley! (email)

2/25: In at Davis via snail mail. (big white envelope)

2/29: WL @ Michigan. Gives me hope that I might squeak in at another reach. (email)

2/29: Just checked my transcript summary that now includes last semester's grades (a month after it was posted). I now officially have a 4.0 as far as LSDAS is concerned!

3/9: $10K from UNM!

3/12: WL @ UIUC, was previously deferred. Probably not going to stick it out.

3/22: WL @ William & Mary. At least I'm starting to get decisions again.

3/24: Waitlist (actually reserve, but I'm calling WL on it) at Cornell, rejected at Berkeley. :(

4/2: Waitlist at UVa and UT. And then there was one.

4/7: Waitlist at WUSTL. Decision time.

7/15: Eight waitlists and no movement of any kind. Can't wait any longer or all the decent places in Boulder will be gone. Colorado it is.

Final tally: 6 accepts, 2 rejects, 8 waitlists.
