2-14-09: All apps are in hopefully someone will give me a shot.
3-6-09: rejected from tulsa, saw this coming, hopefully not a sign of things to come.
3-10-09: Placed on a waitlist at MC via status checker,i have mixed feelings, atleast it is not a rejection.
Everyone that has been accepted MC and is not attending please withdraw to give me a shot.
3-16-09: rejected from arkansas, saw this coming before i ever applied, oh well free app i gave it a chance. I only need one to say yes.
3-21-09: got my first acceptance, im excited because i know i am going to law school, but kind of disappointed because it is my last choice.
3-26-09: got rejected from washburn, this really hurts, especially since i am from kansas and see on this site that people with lower or equal numbers as me have been accepted who are from out of state.
4-16-09: Updates: Sent in my seat deposit to Jones yesterday, got waitlisted from UDM, was told that i will not know anything till late summer, this all but eliminates them, as well as OKC, and Dayton, unless the unlikely event that they throw me some money.
4-21-09: Rejected from loyola, not really surprised.
5-23-09: Waitlisted from OKC today, not going to send in the letter to stay on the waitlist. Wasnt going to go even if I was accepted. Waiting for two more schools MIssissippi College and Tx Wes. If I dont get in either one of them Montgomery here I come.
6-14-09: Another day, another waitlist. TX Wes finally gave me a decison by placing me on their waitlsit in mid june. Thanks. Im not the biggest fan of the school but i love fort worth. Ill give them 2 weeks.
6-25-09: Recent updates: was accepted to udm, withdrew from jones. I know udm is not highly regarded but i really like what i hear. UDM seat deposit is due july 15, mississippi college and texas wesleyan has till then. Otherwise go Tigers, Pistons, Red Wings, and the lowly Lions.
8-13-09: I got accepted to twu 11 hrs before orientation, with a 6 hr drive. Im in, cycle over!!

I was in the same boat as you. I was testing between 150-160 and about half way through the test I started feeling really ill and exhausted. I really messed up the last section which was games (my best section). I was testing at -1/-2 in the games... and ended up missing a lot more than that.
Hopefully you did better than you think! I have a feeling that I might end up at STCL. Good luck with your apps!

I like your user name. Mine should be similar because that doesn't even begin to cover my feelings on law school. I have yet to see an acceptance, and it's March. I had all but two apps done in November. The last two I sent out were out of desperation, and it's not even a guarantee I'll get into those schools. Good luck.

I really don't know yet. I paid the deosit though. I am still waiting on some schools. It's not a horrible school but I don't think Alabama is for me.

You hear anything from UDM since you got waitlisted 2 months ago? I just got my wl decision yesterday. Wonder what the odds of acceptance are? What school you leaning towards at this stage in the game?

I will be visiting udm in less than a week, but I prefer them to Cooley. Learned through an email that they will be taking a look at the entire waitlist early next week. Apparently, last year almost everybody on the list got accepted eventually. I will report back on how my visit at udm goes. Keep us updated it is appreciated.

No kidding. I would have figured someone from Kansas would much rather prefer the location of Mississippi, Oklahoma, or Dayton!
Detroit is way different than anything in Kansas! I would recommend visiting before you pick it over your other choices especially with a user name liked 'scaredtodeath' LOL
I probably should have applied to a few out of state schools, but o well. I'm happy with UDM. Let us know how it turns out.

Texas Wesleyan is a great school that is highly regarded in the Texas legal community. I'm sure that you will be happy with your choice.

Congrats on Tex Wes. I would say its a better location than UDM thats for sure. That decision is about as last minute as you can get. I am at UDM orientation and like it soo far. Let us know how your first week goes over there!
