I fully realize that my numbers are really not so hot and that many of these schools are just too far from my reach. But why not hope for a miracle?

Would love to go to Fordham, even PT, and would be content at BrookLaw.

12/10/08: Self doubt begins. This site has convinced me that I'm not going anywhere Fall '09. I'm shocked with how quickly Fordham's application moved between submission to completion. They're really on top of things. I guess that's NY for you...

12/19/2008: Sending an updated transcript from this semester. Did very well this semester and it now shows a more significant upward trend and bumped my GPA over 3.4! Small victories, right?

01/10/2009: Thin rejection letter from Mason

01/12/2009: Regular envelope acceptance letter from St John's with $20k/yr scholarship included. Don't really see myself in the middle of Queens, but nice to be in somewhere

02/06/2009: Received rejection from Cardozo at permanent address in NY, rather than school address in DC. Don't have much other detail other than that since I haven't see the letter.

02/07/2009: Received rejection from Boston College in thin envelope

02/12/2009: Received rejection from Georgetown in thin envelope.

Thank God for that early acceptance to St. John's or I'd be dying right now

In the end, I was accepted off the waiting list at Brooklyn for the full time division and to American for the part time evening division, despite applying for FT.

Im right there with you, i just applied to St. John's w/ fee waiver because what little news ive gotten from my schools is kinda depressing. I only got into one of my 4th tier safety schools. The other safety rejected me outright. good luck!
