the UNC registrar seems to have lost a bunch of my paperwork again. No surprises here. I'd be more shocked if I'd turned in something and they *didn't* lose it. I turned in my Dean's Cert forms on like, 12/1, only to check my application statuses last week and find that neither Cardozo no Brooklyn has actually recieved them, despite UNC's insistence that they were mailed on 12/10. So I get to go to battle with this office again. What a track record: undergrad: app. cert form ... lost application fee... lost SAT scores...lost 3 times Law school admissions: Transcripts...forgot to send Dean's cert forms...several lost
So Cardozo finally got back to me. Waitlisted. This is actually better than I expected from the given how the graph looks, and Im happy to have a decision. My parents are really gettinng on me to hurry up and accept the offer at Campbell. UNC lost my application. they found it a day after i called to check up on them. Im sure they'll lose it again. in any case, 2 down, four to go.

Rejected from NCCU. Snail mail. Something tells me this doesnt bode well for the rest of the admissions cycle.

Thanks for the message. Its encouraging to know they like people from other NC schools. I hope that works in my favor. You've got a considerably better GPA than I do. Are you in state? If so, I'd say your chances at UNC are pretty good! Hope to see you there next August. -Ben
