Additional info & updates

I figured I should update this just to complete the story for anybody up late at night perusing law school admissions sites as I once did;

I got a big scholarship from Vanderbilt and a full ride from Wake Forest, but besides that I got rejected at a lot of places. Texas and USC also offered some money, but not enough to swing me from Vandy or Wake's offer. Florida and Georgia and Notre Dame are great, but not for me as far as law schools go. I also withdrew from UNC a few weeks after submitting. Anyhow, Wake called and said I had 3 days to decide, and I couldn't even get up to Winston-Salem in that time. A little bit turned off by their inability to compromise, I called back 15 minutes later and pulled out. I wanted to let someone else grab that scholarship $, because they said I had an alternate and that's why I had to decide so soon. Then I got waitlist ambushed with UCLA, Cornell, UVA, Duke, and UPenn. I decided to put Vandy on hold and try for UPenn or Duke. I withdrew from Cornell and UCLA, but stayed on UVA's because I like the town. Went to Europe for 2 months and came back. Nothing from anybody. Dropped UVA. I called Duke and UPenn and they kept me on the hook until I finally got dropped from UPenn and school started in Nashville in 2 weeks, so I forgot about Duke and went to Vanderbilt. Vanderbilt turned out to be a great choice, and I recommend it to those trying to weigh out decisions. Nashville is a great place to live also (I might stay here for a while).
