I haven't received a scholarship offer yet. If/when I do, I will post how much on my profile. I think offers go out in mid to late February.

Thanks, actually thought at first that schools told you up front at the same time as the decision how much money you were offered.

Got my first decision today from Washington and Lee. I sent my application on a Monday and got it back Thursday. Not my first choice, but it still feels pretty cool.

Very happy about this one, gives me hope that I'll get something like 10k a year scholarship at BU, which has become my top choice (unless I get into Cornell, UT, Vandy, or Gould).

GW acceptance

Another of my top choices, very happy at how fast these are coming in. Gives me more hope of a decent scholly at these places.

Disappointed with the amount, I was expecting something like 20k per year. Though it was never a school I was very interested in, I take it as an indicator that I will not be receiving a significant scholarship at my real targets.

Congratulations on George Washington!

Thanks, I'm really on the fence about whether to go to GW or BU (assuming I get in, though maybe BU will make my life easier and ding me). Anxious to find out all my options so I can finally pick.

Very happy about this scholarship, wasn't expecting this much. Can't wait to see what I'm offered from GW and BU.

Surprised at this one, but don't care all that much, as it wasn't a school I was very interested in.

UF acceptance

This was expected. The in-state tuition (and probably large scholly coming in March) and low CoL makes it tempting, but I really want a change of scenery so it's not something I'm really considering.

UT rejection

Was expecting this one. Actually the only thing I'm pissed off about is my GW admit package not coming in yet. It was supposedly mailed Tuesday. My guess is the USPS screwed it up.

Did not see this one coming. 30k a year (with 3.0 gpa stipulation) plus 1st year housing. This beats the WUSTL offer and now I'm really just waiting to see what happens at BU and my reaches.

This was a little surprising/disappointing since BU was originally my top choice and I've gotten into GW and WUSTL with $$$, but I've already gotten used to the fact that I'm not going to get a better deal than the one I got at GW (which I'm still psyched about it).

Surprised I didn't get outright rejected. Makes me think I really should have tried to ED to Virginia. In any case, because I'm sure I wouldn't get any money coming off the WL, I finally know for sure where I'll be in August. Glad my cycle is finally over.
