-DENVER: 12/08. Heard from Denver very early --- great thing to get into that first law school. Got a $25,000/yr scholly an hour later. Both by e-mail.

-HASTINGS: 1/11. Got a wonderful phonecall from the Dean. He spent the time to talk to me for a good 10-15 minutes about specific things that he liked in my app and why I stood out from the pile. So nice -- Really made me like the school. He said the acceptance letter was in the mail.

ILLINOIS: 1/14: Didn't feel good to be waitlisted. Like the school, but don't think I was ever going to go there because of my decision to attend law school in Colorado or California. Will withdraw.

-COLORADO: 1/19: Totally, totally thrilled. Love this school. Think this might be the one for me. Small envelope in the mail.

Had no idea Hastings was that personable. My boss graduated from there, I'm sure you'll love it. Hope the rest of your cycle is as good

Congrats on Hastings and Boulder! Are you leaning more towards Boulder than Hastings right now? What's your first choice out of the schools you applied to?

I'm stuck between Lewis and Clark and CU right now, but also crossing my fingers for a scholarship from CU. That would probably make my decision a little easier. What about you? Congrats on a great cycle!!
