Just sent in my initial deposit to NYLS =)

Got a letter from Pacific in a small, thin, white envelope. Thought I was rejected, but it was just them saying my application is finally complete (only took them a month).

University of Detroit Mercy - Accepted

Stetson University - Rejected...dang

Pace University - Accepted by e-mail

MSU - rejected but asked me to apply for a summer program, and depending on how I perform during the summer program, I am eligible for admission for the Fall semester
(...still hurts, though)

Most of the people who did the summer program last cycle became part-time students at least. Bad luck with the cycle timing, MSU has been drastically raising their admit requirements. Do not go to Ave Maria, they are moving in a year to Florida, that is why almost every applicant there got $ thrown at them.

So you're headed to NYLS? Congrats, I am too. Do you have an idea which general area you'll be living in? I sent in my roommate request form with my deposit. It looks like most people on here are staying in the apartment building in the East Village.. I'm thinking Brooklyn though.
