Extra Curricular Information

I am a very unusual candidate, and I applied on the last day for virtually every school on my list. Copious music-related softs, definitely have two great LOR's. Somewhat compelling story involving a disabled parent and poverty. Retook the LSAT twice: first time was high 160's , second was mid 160's, third was low 170s.

04/30/10 - Substantial scholly at GTown--32k/yr = 96k.Wow! Just withdrew from NW, hopefully this clears a spot for someone. UR again at Chi ca go.

04/27/10 - On hold at Cornell, waitlist at Penn.

04/23/10 - Ding at NYU. Ouch.

04/13/10 - Finally complete at Chicago.

04/08/10 - Ding at Columbia. Sucks.

04/06/10 - UCR at Penn, finally!

04/05/10 - Ding at Stanford, WL at Mich.

04/02/10 - Finally done with NW finaid essays...

03/27/10 - Complete at Cornell. I think I hear an avalanche...

03/26/10 - In at Northwestern! Wow, I hadn't heard ANYTHING from them...so shocked!

03/18/10 - In at GTown! Yay! Complete at Harvard.

03/17/10 - WL at Duke. This is not turning out well so far. Decision rendered at GTown off of the "special preferred WL". No ding email, so I'm hoping its an acceptance. Complete at Michigan and Penn today.

3/10/10 - UR at H.

03/08/10 - Waitlisted at UVA. Not really surprised, given the late app.

02/25/10 - An eventful day: ding @ Berk, "special preferred" wl @ Gtown, Complete at NYU. It's nice that Georgetown had such a hard time with my app haha.

02/23/10 - Yikes, complete at Columbia!

02/15/10 - Apps done, now the wait begins...I predict I will be reapplying in September (The real question is...what year???)

02/03/10 - NW, UVA, Duke...just need to write why's for Col/M/P/Y and of course the 250. Luckily I have already done some work on that one. No shot there so I'll have fun with it.

02/01/10 - Cornell and Berk done, some random stuff for S.

01/31/10 - I'm submitting really late...hoping this doesn't screw me. Waiting until next year is a definite possibility.

12/28/09 - Did pretty well on the LSAT. . .glad that hell is over!
