Going to Cowtown (TWU)
Wednesday, July 13 2005 at 08:00 PM

I'll be loading up the moving van and heading out to Fort Worth this summer. The Part-Time Evening program at TWU is perfect for my schedule. I'll be living 20 minutes from the campus and (hopefully) working nearby. The big selling point for me was the more realistic part-time schedule. TWU only requires you to take 3 classes a semester for the first 2 years. How can these other schools consider 12 hours to be "part-time"?

See You at TWU

I also am sold on the TWU part time program. In addition, it's the only school in this area that offers scholarships for PT students.

SMU Throws Me A Bone...

Surprised today to find a letter from SMU in the mail offering me $4k/year for a "Dean's Scholarship". Not enough to sway me from going to TWU, but it was a nice gesture.
