My file went complete at UT on Oct. 18th. I didn't send in any extra stuff...just the personal statement and resume. I would think that since you are applying as a resident your odds of getting in should be good.

Congratulations on UT, and from out of state too, props! Now, when you call SMU to tell them you don't want their scholarship, make sure you mention that "Anthony" could use it :) They'll know who I am!
Not sure, just hopefully before the April 1st deposit deadlines at Baylor and SMU.
