I'm technically transferring as a 1L, but may have to repeat some of my first year. Which for me is not a big deal because I'm not in a hurry. CLS was not an accredited ABA school. So they are evaluating my courses. The problem is that Cooley will be offering a limited number of classes when they open in Tampa.

Thanks for the info. My friend was told that since he will be a 2L for the Fall 2012 he can't transfer because classes for 2L won't be offered until 2013.
