I had good softs, but nothing that I would consider amazing. Good luck on your cycle!

thanks!

I bet you'll get into Fordham plus a bunch of other schools. :) Your numbers are totally better than mine, so even though I'm a bit jealous of YOU, I still want to say good luck on your cycle!

I don't check my profile very often, so sorry I missed your comment until now. I really didn't have any standout extracurriculars or softs so I bet you'll get in too. Good luck!

Congrats on Fordham! When did you go complete? We have similar numbers...

Are you going to the Wake Forest Scholar
Thursday, January 22 2009 at 07:00 PM

It looks like I got the same scholarship as you did at Wake! I've never heard of these type of events before. Just wondering if you had any thoughts about the whole thing?? I see you got into some great schools, though. Do you think you'll still come to the Wake event?

on everything so far. I was just wondering, when did you apply to Texas and how you found out? Goodluck with the rest of your cycle!

So why did BC and Georgetown reject you if your scores are so good. Honestly, they let people with lesser credentials in so I am genuinely curious. Do you think it was your lack of extra-curric and work experience?

Thanks! Right now my top choices are UCLA, UT, and GW. I have never been to Austin, but hear really great things about it. If I get into Vanderbilt I think it will come down to them and UCLA. However, I think I'm most likely going to end up at UCLA. I really love it there! What about you? Are you headed to Austin?

UT ASD?
Friday, October 24 2008 at 08:00 PM

Hey, are you going to UT's Admitted Students Day? I am!

UT ASW
Friday, October 24 2008 at 08:00 PM

So ASW was really fun. UT is definitely good at selling themselves, I was very pleasantly surprised by them. However, I'm still unsure because of UCLA. I'm going to UCLA on the 16th for their ASD, after that I think I will know for sure. I'll keep you posted.

Hey, we're basically numbers twins so I figured I would drop you a line. I'm applying for the '09 cycle and I will putting in apps to many of the same schools...I'm a big fan of UT-Austin and have been discouraged by advisors and told not to apply because of my LSAT score. What are your thoughts? Were you also pessimistic about your apps because 164 is so..idk. cusp? Regardless, congratulations on a fantastic cycle- certainly both inspiring and enviable. Do you think you had any particular softs that helped you stand out? A great PS...LOR...etc? Sorry for bombarding you with questions. Congrats again!

Hey--Just got into UT and saw that you are attending. Congrats to you- how do you like it there? Would you recommend it?
