Found LSN late, but here are the updates:
(Scholarship # is per year)
January/February: Received all acceptance letters (besides UST) in small envelope. Akron phone call, Northern ohio phone call for scholarship offer.

2-12: Starting the long journey of trying to figure out if it's better to go Tier 2 at sticker price or full ride at Tier 3.

2-12: Applied to IU-Indy, St. Louis. Very late application, but we'll see what happens

full-ride @tier 3. if it were a choice of tier 1 and 3, I would say "sticker price". you could conceivably do very well @tier 3 and as a result leave with very little (if any) debt.
