Thanks! I know how you feel. I applied to a lot as well simply because I knew at least a few might respond favorably. I'm hoping one of my reaches does. Congrats on your cycle thus far, you're doing very well!

Hey NOLAball...I just wanted to say I can now understand what you mean...it's almost shocking every time an acceptance comes in the mail, even when we expect them! COngrats on your acceptances and I wish you many more to come (I also took a shotgun approach). What are your first choices...and will scholarships play a big role in this decision? What kind of law do you want to practice? Congrats again and best of luck. -Tim

Hey no better time to be in DC than now eh? I'd love to be in DC, but because I want to do public interest law, American might be a bit expensive (hopefully I can get that PIPS scholarship!) Best of luck on the GT and GW, that would be really awesome if you get into one of those! At the moment Davis looks pretty cool...I might even take that over Hastings, but I will need to wait on the rest of the schools to see what happens. =) How do you like NOLA? I applied to Tulane, so I might make a trip out there if I get in! I've always wanted to see New Orleans. Wow I can't believe how crazy this process is...take care! -Tim

Congrats!

Hey, I'm also from NOLA and just wanted to say congrats on your cycle! To throw in my two cents, I say go for Emory. Imagine an internship or fellowship with the CDC based on your background and interest in health law! I lived in Atlanta briefly, and despite the crazy traffic, it's really a great city. Good luck making a decision!

choice?

Leaning one way or another? And have you visited Emory yet? This is getting tough...almost crunch time on the decision!

Emory was great! Nice students and faculty. I wasn't too big on the law school building. Let me know if you have any specific questions on it...I might visit again as I'm between there and UIUC right now!
