Got fee waivers from Hofstra, George Mason, UW, and a few others I don't remember.

$5000/yr scholarship plus out of state waiver at UH - offered after I told them I had a scholarship on the table from Tulane.

Thanks for the ideas. I know that since I didn't get merit aid, I should be considered for need-based aid (according to their policy), so I'll see how that goes. Even a little bit would be nice.
