I do think that Sturm demonstrates a preference for significant full-time work experience/advanced degrees. In looking at the demographics from the 18 1L class, it seemed that most had advanced education and were in the midst of a career. However, I do believe that there are exceptions to that norm. In speaking with the admissions folks and other staff, it seems like the incoming 1L class will be diverse from an education/professional standpoint.
