ADDITIONAL INFO & UPDATES

11/14/2018 - Accepted to UofSC via status checker and received email about 3 hours later. Received admission packet on 11/17/2018 with out-of-state tuition scholarship. Awaiting merit scholarship info (March 2019 per website).

11/27/2018 - Accepted to Univ of Arkansas Fayetteville via phone call. Was told that they were still looking to see if they could find any scholarships for me, but did not have any at that point in time.

12/06/2018 - Accepted to UTK via phone call. Status checker decision date changed yesterday to 12/05/2018 and the seat deposit section was visible at the bottom of the screen which seemed to indicate I was accepted and then the phone call came the next day. Was told scholarships will not be given out until February 2019.

Congrats on your acceptances! Have you heard back from USC about any scholarships yet (I saw a few go out last week)?

Thanks! No I have not heard anything about the merit scholarships. Based off the comments that Ive read for the people who included scholarship amounts with their USC acceptances, it looks like theyre all just calculating the value of the out-of-state tuition scholarship differently. Im not sure if any merit-based scholarships have gone out yet.
