yea! it looks like we are. I see that you're applying to University of Washington, I was thinking about applying there too but I don't know how I feel about Seattle since I've never been. Do you love it there?
thanks! I didn't even think about UW having an in-state preference. Do you know whether they have an official cap on non-residents like Texas does?
