1/15 What a relief...my first decision (Baylor) and it's an accept with full tuition...email with large envelope a few days later

1/25 Email from W&L...sweet...and a big envelope from UOP...now they're starting to come in...I wish I had gotten those LORs in sooner

1/26 Big envelopes from Temple and San Diego...never heard anything from San Diego until I got acceptance letter, not even a receipt of application

1/28 Big envelope from DePaul...another place I never heard from until acceptance

2/04 Big envelope from UNLV...not much of a scholarship offer

2/06 Emails from Indiana and Illinois...good schools, now show me the money...speaking of which, big money from UOP

2/08 Withdrew from DePaul and St Louis

2/10 Withdrew from San Diego...don't wanna run into any ex-girlfriends down there

2/11 Withdrew from Temple...can't afford a bulletproof vest

2/18 Just got an email from WUStL...probably the highest ranked school I'll get into without having to beg my way off a waitlist, unless Vandy shows me some love

2/19 Nice phone call from Utah...had all the info I wanted ready...I could realistically see myself going here...Withdrew from UNLV

2/23 Withdrew from Cardozo...Got a rejection letter from George Mason...I'll have to wipe away the tears with my two-thirds scholarship offer from W&L, ranked 9 places higher...nice job, GM

2/25 Withdrew from UOP

2/27 Accepted and withdrew from Lewis and Clark...offered zero scholarship money...why bother spending the postage to send the acceptance?

2/28 Rejected by UCLA...I was hoping for at least a waitlist...oh well...I also withdrew from American before they could make me a victim of their yield protecting scheme...I've heard from multiple places that they waitlist people with higher LSAT scores...lame

2/29 Rejected by Virginia...knew this was coming, but it's still depressing

3/03 Nice scholarship offer from WUStL...tough decision ahead...Withdrew from Idaho

3/08 Rejected by Georgetown...least surprising thing ever

3/14 Small envelope from Arizona State...where's the scholarship?

4/04 I got tired of listing every little detail on here...As you can see, though, I've narrowed it down to Illinois, Indiana, Arizona, and Utah...I either withdrew, was waitlisted or rejected, or don't care about the rest...It's a tough choice I have to make...money's gonna be a huge factor

4/13 Final decision is this week...I'm leaning 90 percent towards Utah...I guess in the end I realized that I just wanted to stay put in the area where I lived...in-state tuition should make it fairly cheap and I was probably gonna end up practicing out here anyway, so why not?

4/14 Utah it is...I just sent my seat deposit...it feels almost anti-climactic...I've spent much of the last year on this process, and in the end, I'm not even moving away...but it feels right...I'm looking forward to law school..good luck to everyone out there

...although Brady would be nice to have I honestly don't think the Pats need him against the Giants! I think it may just keep it from being a COMPLETE blowout and just make it a partial blow out! I guess only time will tell! Until then...just like the application process...we wait....and....get.....frustrated!
