Additional info & updates

I'm hoping to get into International Law or Immigration Law...looking at doing a JD/MA in International Relations or something similar.

11/20---Found out via status checker I was denied at Fordham, not a surprising result.

12/3/08-Denied at Pitt, can't figure them out..two years in a row now I've got an early denial from them and they aren't anything special in their ranking or numbers. I guess they just don't like me.

In response to delayed responses from Rutgers and Penn State (I expect to hear yay, nay or waitlist by at least late January) I've applied to both Seton Hall and Catholic University. Seton Hall is rated better and arguably has better career prospects but Catholic would be tough to turn down (if I got in) because of its DC location..of course, maybe, just maybe George Mason will come through.

12-17-08 IN AT GEORGE MASON BABY! ITS Part-time Evening..but I can switch after first year...So, since I applied Early I'm going to withdraw from other schools...this is pretty much my dream school (outside of GULC and George Washington which I didn't apply to)

your GMU question

I checked the "either/or" box as well, so I honestly have no idea why I was placed into one over the other. Really, I'm just happy to be there.

I guess I should have mentioned that I got in Full-time day to actually answer your question.

Congrats on GMU! I saw your profile a few days ago and since we're almost numbers twins, your acceptance gave me hope. I just got a call from them, and I'm in too!

I think I checked the either box but right now I prefer part-time. My work is going to transfer me to their D.C. location, so it works out perfectly. I'm hoping to eventually switch to their full-time program if they'll allow it. Did you speak to a rep to find out about switching to full-time?
