Hey, You're right we're nearly identical numbers wise! So did you check the either/or box when applying for the FT or PT? I see you got into PT as well, are you going to try get into FT? I'm hoping that I'll be able to get in FT after all the dust settles in the spring but I won't be too upset if I have to do PT for a year. Anyway, again Congrats!

Switching
Tuesday, October 21 2008 at 08:00 PM

Hey, I have not spoken to them yet. However, I know it is fairly common for people to switch after first year (you just take 2 or possibly 3 summer courses after 1L year to catch up). The part I need to eventually speak with them about is if I could possibly be switched to Full-Time so that I could start Full-Time. Whether I'll be able to do that is unclear. I don't have a job lined up in DC so unless I'm somehow able to get one (and a meaningful job, not just A JOB) I don't see the point of going part-time. Thats great your job is able to put you in a DC location :)

Good luck this cycle!

You and I have very similar numbers and are applying to a few of the same schools, like Tulane, Northeastern, Loyola, and UNC. Hopefully we will both get into those schools! I'll put you on my watch list, and good luck with the rest of your cycle!

Tulane

Sorry about Tulane. When did you go complete and under review? They are tied for my #1 choice, and I've been eligible for review for 3 and a half months. Good luck with your remaining schools!

Rutgers

I saw you had a conditional acceptance to Rutgers. Would you mind sharing what that is? I know I have to start in May but I spoke with the Dean and she said it isn't conditional.
