11/8/14: Though I know UC Hastings and Santa Clara are a long-shot, the fee waiver was an option so I decided to send in my applications. I haven't heard back from any schools, but I will definitely keep my profile updated with info.

12/3/14: Golden Gate Law sent me an email that my application is in review!! Hopefully I'll be able to get news before mid-January. Still In Review at Santa Clara and Hastings, though I'm expecting rejection lol.

12/8/14: And like I said above, I was just waiting on Santa Clara's rejection, which I received 12/8. I had applied for Early Action, so since I was rejected from that, they're going to consider my application again with everyone who didn't apply Early Action.

12/17/14: I got my rejection letter for Early Decision yesterday from Hastings. They said they were going to consider my application with the regular pool of applicants. I was totally expecting this email, so it was really no big deal. Right now, I am waiting on an email from Golden Gate. I went to their Open House this past weekend, and they said they were sending out decisions this week. *fingers crossed*

12/19-Email from GGU that I was waitlisted.

2/4- I got an email that I was accepted at GGU!! I'm so happy and surprised! I didn't expect a response so soon. I also didn't provide any extra letters of recommendation or transcripts, and I didn't meet with the Admissions Committee. I was considering a teaching credential and had actually thought that law school wasn't going to work for me after I got my wait list notification. That's why I didn't put any extra effort in providing more materials. But I still got in and I'm so grateful! I'll keep you guys updated with any other info.

3/5/2015: Officially rejected to Santa Clara law through an email! I was expecting it lol. And about a week ago I was waitlisted to USF Law. I'm not sure if I want to stay on the waitlist because I love GGU Law.

5/1/2015: Quick update! I have decided to go to Golden Gate Law and I have already sent in my first seat deposit in April. My last deposit is due in June, and I am so excited! If anyone has questions about GGU, feel free to leave me a comment! Up to now, I only know about the admissions process, but once it hits September, I should know more about the school itself!
