Hopefully at least 2 halfway decent schools will be able to look past my lackluster LSAT and see my grade trends and extracurriculars enough to give me a chance. If not I'll retake the LSAT and apply again for next year.

02-06-07 WL at Regent University (via e-mail and later was sent a letter) with a suggestion to take the June '07 LSAT, will keep options open and stay on WL.

02-13-07 Rejected by Valpo, small white envelope.

02-14-07 Application for Michigan State placed on hold for further review, they informed me that my application will be reviewed in mid-March and a decision will be rendered at that time. Sent notification via e-mail.

02-26-06 Rejected by Franklin Pierce while accepted to ASL, regular sized envelopes for both notices. Wanting to wait until other offers come in before making a decision.

03-05-07 Waitlisted and Rejected by Chapman and Gonzaga respectively. Regular sized envelopes for each. Not too upset about the reject and am happy that I was not flat out rejected by Chapman. Will remain on waitlist and endeavor to strengthen my application.

03-07-07 Accepted into MSU's part time program, regular sized envelope with a pink enclosure. Will turn in my seat deposit and wait for others.

03-12-07 Rejected by Ohio State small white envelope, no suprises there.

03-14-07 Accepted to Western State. Received a phone call from the admissions office.

03-24-07 Accepted to University of Baltimore's Part Time program and Rejected by Georgia State University. U of B came in a thick white envelope, GSU was a thin white envelope. Not entirely sure what I'm going to do, but am exceedingly happy that I have some good schools to choose from.

03-30-07 Rejected by West Virginia and University of Richmond, not too suprised about the Richmond rejection but somewhat suprised that West Virginia was a rejection as my LSAT is in their 25%. In any event as June gets ever closer and my perspective schools are dwindling it's looking increasingly likely that MSU will be my law school.

04-09-07 After careful consideration I have decided to attend MSU in the fall.

hey, yeah like Lilac said, keep your eyes on the prize! those of us who went to csu systems have an inherent disadvantage in the eyes of a lot of schools, but we know that the education was just as solid. you did a lot of cool stuff though, congrats! you'll end up where you need to be though!
