Additional info & updates

Merit-Based Fee Waivers:
UVA, Columbia, Emory, Michigan, Penn, Cornell, Chicago

11-6-08: ahhh! I went complete too fast...I need G-town to hold on for my DS!

11-14-08: Finally finished the DS!! So sent out some applications..thank goodness!!

11-17-08: Just found out that Stanford and Yale don't take the LSAC fee wavier : (

11-24-08: "Under Review" at Harvard so I'm assuming I'm complete. I would cry hesterically and then faint if I'm even blessed with a TS1. Long shot, but here's to dreaming!

12-02-08: Why is it taking sooo long to go complete?!?! Did my file get lost : /

12-04-08: G-town ding was a real bummer. It got me paranoid about my application. But my group interview went horribly - I was OD on motrin and totally absent-minded. So hopefully that was the reason.

12-18-08: Decision with admitted student link YAY!!!!! The status was updated at 12-15-08 but only could see it on the 18th.

12-26-08: Checked UMich status checker and it went to decision...checked admitted student site and i'm IIIN...WOW!!!! summer-starter, really excited about the head start!!!

1-9-09: Got in Berkeley via email!!!! Amazing!!! great weather..yay!

1-26-09: UF scholarship over 2 years...nice! now i need that love from other schools..pleassseeee

1-28-09: waitlist invite from upenn via email....boohoo. second school that i visited several times and got no love for it. i'll think about going on the waitlist.

2-23-09: CALL FROM CHICAGO!!!!! I'M IN!!! YAY!!!! I really love this school. Pet-Friendly grad apartments, $800 monthly rent for 2-bedrooms, and the list goes on...

2-24-09: HOLD at Columbia. Supposedly they are YP. Lots of people who have been accepted at Harvard are placed on hold at columbia...so maybe a sign?!?! yeah right...
However, I went to a CLS event on judicial clerkships and it was really impressive so I will def send in some stuff to admissions
