I'm not sure what my top choice is just yet, but i did just visit Miami last week and like it a lot. How about you? Good luck :)

FSU

Yes, FSU is my top choice. I previously lived in Tallahassee and loved it there, plus I would like to do government work if I can't land a solid public interest job after graduation. I figured FSU gave me the best shot at both. If I don't get in at FSU I will probably attend UF. Good luck!

hmm..FSU

I would definitely recommend that you go to UF if you get accepted over FSU. FSU may look like a better choice, since its in the capital, but every1 I know from Tallahassee hates it there, and UF is a much better college environment, and students are much better. Thats been my undergrad experience. Hope it helps.

I am applying to FSU because it is not that bad of a school, but since my LSAT was low and UF doesnt take the feb. lsat score I cant apply to UF. All I wanted to say was that both UF and FSU are good schools, but if you have an option to go to either UF would definitely be a better choice just because of the Law Department here and the atmosphere. I have heard very bad things about the college environment of FSU, maybe because I go to undergrad at UF and we think we are superior than FSU. Also, you mentioned you want to get out of upstate new york, what exactly dont you like about it? The school, surroundings, or what?

Hey thanks for your note. Why UB ? --Rated one of top law schools in USA by all ratings. --If you are a NYS resident like I am, the total cost each year is fantastic...I will not be DROWNING IN DEBT --The faculty are outstanding as are the clinics. --The January Bridge program is fantastic. Our first year Bridge engages us with law librarians and research skills for three weeks ! In 2nd and 3rd years we get to take courses THAT REALLY PREPARE US TO BE AN ATTORNEY. --Ratings show that 5 years after graduating UB is in the top 40 in the nation with regards to employment. --We can have a lot of snowball fights between classes ! --Will definitely prepare us to pass the NYS Bar Exam...one of the toughest and most prestigious in the nation. Hope to see you at orientation in late August !
