12/16/08 Received letter from BC, informing me that my application is on "hold." Letter dated 12/15/08. BC says they will mail me a final admission decision on 02/28/2009.
1/5/09 Called BU admissions office to check on app since they told me I would have a decision by December... woman at admissions office told me I should have a decision "within the next few weeks."
1/7/09 Received letter from Brooklyn (dated 12/23/08) indicating that file has been "reviewed by our preliminary readers... it is now being readied for an evaluative review by the Committee on Admissions."
1/13/09 Got the call from BU today! Woman I spoke with said acceptance package will be mailed tomorrow. So excited!
1/15/09 Got the call from George Mason today - said application package will go out in the mail tomorrow.
1/16/09 Admitted to Brooklyn Law via e-mail. Admission package to come via snail mail.
1/20/09 Received acceptance package from BU (dated 1/12/09) with a nice handwritten note. Also received George Mason acceptance package (date 1/16/09).
