Additional info & updates

Hoping to focus on healthcare, with a possible dual/joint degree in Public Health. Crappy undergrad GPA for the usual reasons; however, transcripts indicate an upward trend and high GPA in degree courses. Hoping MA, volunteer/work experience, great personal statement, employer and graduate advisor LORs, as well as maturity, will make up for low numbers. We'll see...

----------

My cycle is over. Attending IU-Indy. Great JD/MPH opportunity (accepted to MPH), strong health law program, new facility, etc. Was waiting on word from SLU, but couldn't wait for them to make a decision on my Waitlist status. Factor in the tuition difference and this was a no-brainer. Good luck to everyone else...1L here I come.

I actually wasn't expecting them to order it yet. I called to confirm I had everything in about a month ago and they said they would not order until 6-8 weeks from then. I don't know if they just went ahead and ordered a report for everything they recieved before last week all at once or what. At any rate, I haven't been notified that they are reviewing, but I expect I'll hear something within a month. I hope it goes okay. I just don't want to get waitlisted everywhere like I did last year. MP
