Why oh why is davis taking so long? At least if they're going to waitlist me (as it's pretty darn obvious), they should notify me!!

choices are chiashu odds...that thing really works

BC sent me a complete acceptance packet AND a waitlist letter on the same day...when I called them about it they told me to disregard the acceptance letter and that I am actually waitlisted. They are SO not my first choice school at all...I'm wondering if I should just take myself off the waitlist..

Nope, not a URM. Are you considering going to Illinois?

I went there for undergrad... they are my stretch. Crossing my fingers right now... I have a 157/165.

I just heard from USC so I think I will go there instead, but not bc of rankings. I would choose it over hastings bc of better job prospects in LA esp graduating from USC and bc the school is a lot smaller and more personal (I went to a very large and impersonal undergrad so I don't want to repeat that again). I also don't want to go to school in SF for various reasons, but that's minor. I'm going to visit USC next week and will make up my mind then.
