Did you get an email from Kent's Admissions office?

Congratulations! I'm in the PT program, too. Are you going to the Admitted Student open house this weekend? Or are you going to admitted students weekend in April? I am going to both, plus the one in May. Hopefully we can meet. Send me an e-mail if you'd like someone to chat with.

I probably should know this, but I have no idea what URM stands for...I've searched this site and can't find anything

Ya s que es un URM, pero soy una gringa, no latina. Mi lista de actividades lo hace parecer que sea latina yo, pero no es cierto. Sino, hablo espaol con fluidez :).

That's what I found, but I'm caucasian, so I'm not a URM

Kent's great. I've worked here since July, and the faculty I work with in my office are really personable and helpful (I work in the Law Offices (the Clinical Program)). Kent is up-and-coming, so I've heard. I believe it has been recently ranked the third best law school in Chicago (behind Northwestern and U of Chicago), and according to the US News Report, it's ranked 65th in the nation. From my experience here, the facilities are nice. I haven't been to other law schools, so I can't give much of a comparison. I assume they are pretty much like any other school. If you want to know more about the school, I think there are a few open houses coming up (refer to the website if you want to know for sure), and they usually offer "mini-classes" so you can get the law school experience. If you want to know anything else, just let me know!
