Hey, I went complete around January 16 and found out February 15 or so, so it took about a month. Good luck with the rest of your cycle. Sick GPA.

I'm not sure...

I'm not sure that I want to go to ND but it would be hard to pass it up if I was accepted. I would really like to go to Vandy, Berkeley, or Penn but W&L, W&M, and UNC are probably my more realistic choices. I'm going to stay on all of the waitlists to see if I can luck out. What are your top choices? Boston is a great school, you can get a great job graduating from BU. My cousin is graduating from Pitt but he wasn't too impressed.

thanks

hey we have like the same numbers :). I got put on the priority non-resident waitlist for UVA (I'm from NY). As of right now, I am leaning toward GW. I go to school at UMD and I love the area around here. I am going to visit BC over my spring break. I'm still waiting on duke and upenn before i make a final decision and hope to get off some of these waitlists ;) You have some good choices as well, what about you?

Cornell

I looked at my online status check for the first time in weeks today and it said, "Decision The Admissions Committee has reached decision on your application file and you will receive a written decision soon. Please be patient with the postal system. Please wait for 10 to 14 days to receive your written decision before contacting the Admissions Office." Then I checked the mail, and I got a letter from them saying that I was on the "reserve" list. I think that "reserve" is their name for waitlist. I hope that this helps.

waitlists

yeah, I'm tired of them too :( I think I am only going to stay on Columbia's and UVA's waitlists only. I am pretty sure I am going to GW. I am sending in my seat deposit this week. What about you

BU vs. UF
Friday, February 02 2007 at 07:00 PM

Every person is different, but I think the network and reputation of BU alone will serve you no matter what you want to do. If you choose UF, you will ultimately see much more blue sky and enjoy life far better, because the winters here are rough. Plus, less debt will give you more flexibility. I would say, if you cornered me, that if you want to practice in FL/AL/GA, go UF, but if you don't know where life will take you, BU will have you covered and will pay for itself. Me? I decided on law school. Ultimately, I need to work towards something I believe in, and accounting doesn't seem to facilitate that. Then I got WL at BU, so if I don't get it I'm reapplying next year. My hubby is doing a startup in Boston, so I'll be here for a while. If you choose to come up here, I live half a mile from BU Law and I would be happy to show you around :)
