In answer to your ? - the scholarship package was included with the admission info in a large white env. I also exchanged an email with the admissions dept and they were very courteous.

Thanks for your kind comments - don't think it's a zero sum (yet) for the WM money. I will be accepting the WM offer if UMTC doesn't get their act in gear. This will hopefully fall out in the next week or two. I applied at UMTC based on a solicitation from them, so I would hope that they would consider that there are pending offers from other institutions. Seriously - I would give WM a call and tell them to make the deal a bit sweeter. Good luck.
