I think SLU is a better school. All the firms recruit there. Trying to get a job after graduation from Carbondale will be much more work. And besides that, I would never want to live in Carbondale. I'm debating about living at home while I go to SLU (not sure it's a good idea but SLU is already expensive). I'd like to hear your views too.

If you don't mind going to Carbondale than I would suggest that probably, especially if you're not staying in the area. I would not be happy living in Carbondale so is that worth $100,000 debt? I guess I think so... I think every STL firm recruits at SLU but if you don't plan on staying in the area that won't matter as much either. It'd be nice to graduate with not so much debt but I would really hate living in Carbondale and I can't tell the diff. between 30,000 and 100,000 anyway. I just know I'll be paying off student loans for awhile and it's going to suck.
