Additional info & updates

-Took LSAT on September 8th, LSAT listed is just a rough guess. Won't know the official score till September 29th. High score practice 153. Might retake if really bad

-9/29 it was 153. Seems low but I am very happy with it

-1/6 after 4 months of unprofessional and unhappy waiting, my last and most important letter of recommendation was finally turned in to LSAC and I can finally start applying to law schools

-1/18 California Western sent acceptance email (2 days after sent in application). That was SUPER quick. Also with scholarship that covers 100% tuition for the first year of law school. So roughly $54k the first year.

-1/22|1/29 Accepted into Western State! I didn't even know bc they didn't send an email. I just happen to check the status checker on 1/29, a week later, and saw that I was accepted

-2/1 Law Verne Law School admitted me! I had actually noticed a couple days ago that my status check for La Verne had said decision rendered but didn't say what decision that was, so I emailed them and they replied back that I had been admitted! And also their notification system is down so the official email decision won't be sent out till mid or late next week. Its cool tho

-2/4 Pepperdine rejected. Was working when I received the email. I knew they weren't going to accept me bc it was a reach school but it still lowkey hurt lmao but its aight. My top choice is Southwestern.

-2/5 Waitlisted at Chapman. I didn't really think I'd get rejected in a way but then again this isn't a rejection? But its not an acceptance either. But I wasn't hoping much for Chapman either so we'll see if they take me off the waitlist.

-2/15 Southwestern accepted!!! My first choice!! I squealed so hard my co worker looked at me weird lmao. They offered me the Wildman/Schumacher Scholarship which for me is $80,000 for the whole 3 years. So each year I'll receive $26,666.67. I can apply for an additional scholarship as well. So happy!

-3/17 Southwestern emailed me about an interview scheduling for a potential additional scholarship. Hope I get it!

-4/29 Waitlisted at UCI. I honestly thought they'd just flat out reject me but I actually got waitlisted. Even though I'm not planning to attend there, it was still a pleasant surprise

-5/1 Got the additional scholarship from Southwestern!!! My books for the first year will be completely paid for!!

-5/3 Loyola rejected. It's alright. I knew I wasn't gonna get in anyway.

I most likely will be attending Southwestern. It was always my top choice but we'll see. You can apply for an additional scholarship that they offered in the admission email an admitted person receives. Then you'll be able to do an interview and see if you get the scholarship. But the deadline is March 1st so apply quickly.
