thanks for sharing your thoughts on UTK -- i am also coming to the same conclusion. i haven't visited yet, but have emailed and called a couple times, and the school has been really great to me each time.

Congrats on UGA! I'm in a similar position. I also got accepted but would be considered an out-of-stater. I might have to try what you did and call about getting in-state tuition as a 1L.

I received my acceptance from UGA Dec. 19. I'm out-of-state, so I'd also like to call the school and inquire about tuition equalization for 1L. How did you go about doing it? We have some similar school choices/acceptances, so I'd also love to hear how you decided on UGA. Thanks! Hope 1L is going well for you.
