Alitt33 I was offered to participate in the AAMPLE program, so there was a possibility that I would've been accepted pending the result of my participation. Not sure why that was - probably my borderline LSAT & low GPA.
Did you get any warning from Belmont? I got a call on 1/13 saying my app was going to be reviewed and the status checker still says under review.
Yes, the status checker changed to "decision made - letter in mail". Problem was, the letter didn't arrive until 2 weeks after status checker changed - ugh!
Hi! Congrats on your cycle! Well done! Can you give me some info on the scholarship increase email you sent to OKC? Specifically how you phased it. Did you leverage your other scholarships?
Hey finao81! I sent them a basic email telling them thank you, I'm very interested in the school, etc. etc. and telling them a very brief bit about other school offers without going into specifics. Here was their response: "What I ask admitted students to do if they have received other scholarship offers and ask me to reconsider our offer is to scan and send me the other offer by email and I will review it and see if we can adjust our current scholarship offer." Hope this helps!
Did Tulsa outright reject you or did they interview first?
Pretty sure they were an outright rejection.
