Working in a law firm for the past 3 years.
Lots of extracurricular activities during undergraduate and currently a mentor for a youth.

4-4: Waitlisted at USD. It's a longshot that I'll get admitted off the waitlist, but if I do, I'm heading there in a heartbeat.

4-1: In at UOP McGeorge with $10k and books for 1L. However, that top 1/3 stipulation is iffy.

3-21: Dinged at UNLV; -___- at them

3-2: Dinged at Hawaii via e-mail.

2-22: Finally I hear something after a few weeks. This time it's from Oregon w/ $8k scholly. Haven't thought about it but would consider it.

2-3: Waitlisted at Univ. of San Francisco. Really surprised by this since I've been admitted to higher ranked schools.

1-28: Decision at Loyola (Chicago). However, in this case, in via e-mail.

1-28: Decision at Loyola (LA). Personally I have a feeling that it's a ding. EDIT: Dinged at Loyola (LA).

1-25: Admitted to New York Law School via status checker. Scholarship info will be coming with the letter.

1-24: Admitted to Gonzaga with a $10k scholly.

1-21: Decision letter sent from Gonzaga.

1-20: In at Indiana - Indianapolis. Hopefully, I get some $$$.
Waitlisted at Chapman. Will stay on the waitlist because it's a California school, but I'll most likely not go.

1-7: Dinged at Seton Hall. Only applied due to having a fee waiver.

1-6: HOLY CRAP! Admitted to Pitt via status checker. I honestly did not see this one coming. Seriously considering it if I can get a decent scholarship offer.

12-17: Admitted to Drexel w/ a $10k scholarship via phone call and e-mail.

12-15: Deferred my ED app at USD to the regular pool.

12-14: Admitted to Hofstra via status checker.

12-10: Deferred at Chicago-Kent. Application is going to be re-reviewed at another date :/

12-8: Received MSU admit packet. Got a scholarship covering 25% of tuition and a non-renewable $5k scholarship.

11-30: Received a phone call and e-mail from Michigan State saying that I was admitted. No scholarship info was given, but according to their status checker, I should be getting one. Hopefully, it'll come with my admission packet.

11-27: Received packet from Valparaiso. They're giving me a 2 week deadline to turn in my admission form. 2 weeks to decide? I'm leaning towards not going here.

11-24: Received a phone call from Valparaiso telling me I'm in. Informed that a info packet is on its way.

11-20: Finally got my "congratulations" packet from Marquette. Provides info on when deposits are due (April and June). Very nice touch making reference to my work experience in the congratulations letter.

11-19: Admitted to Valparaiso via status checker.

11-9: Forgot that I had an account on this site. As of now, in addition to the decisions below, I've been waitlisted at DePaul and rejected at Baylor.

11-5: Accepted at Marquette, waitlisted at Miami, and deferred to the regular applicant pool at Santa Clara. Kind of hoped that I would get into Miami, but the fact that I'm waitlisted instead of rejected gives me hope. Same goes with Santa Clara, though it would be nice to get away from home for a few years.

Really excited that I finally got admitted to a school. While it's pretty far from home, I'm absolutely interested in their Sports Law program. For that alone, Marquette is really high on my list.
