Additional info & updates

I'm a little bit older (almost 30) even though I'll be going to law school directly from undergrad. My GPA took a huge hit because I slacked off for a couple of years after high school; I worked full time on an assembly line for Ford Motor Company when I was younger. I guess I'm a bit of a non-traditional applicant and I hope that works in my favor.

Appreciate the comment! Are you a minority (URM)? Either way, I think your non-traditional background will absolutely help you out.

Yeah I just got the letter today... the status checker went to "Decision has been made." on 2/14. It won't give you your actual status online but it will tell you when a decision has been made.

Hey, Jeo. I copied and pasted parts of their e-mail to me... If spaces in the class become available, we will contact candidates on our waiting list by telephone. This can happen anytime before classes begin, from now until the middle of August. Please be aware that if we are able to offer you a seat in the class, we will offer you a very short time within which to accept our offer, typically no more than 24 hours. Please be aware that candidates on the waiting list are not ranked. In previous years, we have been able to offer admission to as few as zero and as many as 50 wait-listed candidates.
