on your acceptance to St. Thomas. Did you receive any scholarship money?
i've heard fiu is an okay law school...i haven't heard anything particularly amazing about it, which is why i withdrew my application. (plus, they weren't going to waive my application fee and i've already spent way too much money on apps!) good luck with fsu, mercer and georgia state...they're all well-respected schools. do you go to ucf?
nah but i'm from orlando, i took classes at ucf one summer. good luck!

I couldn't really give you a legitimate answer as to why I withdrew from FIU, they were just taking a really long time getting back to me and the fact that it is "conditionally accredited" also got to me a little. Other than that, I don't really know. I heard it was going to become a good school though.
What caused you to withdraw from TWU?
Yes i will be attending FIU unless theres someone takes pity on me and lets me into UNLV ( my chances are slim to none though). I mailed a deposit last week, and am now trying to figure out how to transfer my job to miami and find a decent and reasonable but safe place to live =)
How was your visit?

So are you definetly going to FIU?? congrats!! I have yet to hear from Memphis (my top choice) ..hopefully now that May has hit, we will start hearing something! i just hope it isnt bad news since they have taken this long.. good luck!!! let me know if memphis tells you something.. and ill do the same
I called on 05-10-06 and they told me still no decision had been made and that I should have one by monday. Memphis is making me mad.
