Spoke to changing my major from biology to religion late after doing poorly in classes, but explained how I exhausted campus resources + learned how to ask for help/study. Talked about using advisors, faculty, supplemental instruction, tutoring, etc. and how I performed in my major, and subsequently in my master's program.
